Retrofitting Ultrasonic Scanning Systems

We will refurbish your old system using as much of its existing hardware as humanly possible, saving you the expense of a full replacement.  We will interface your system to virtually any data acquisition device (including both conventional ultrasonic and phased array instruments)  that you desire and will throw in ACCUSCAN-R®, our powerful, MS Windows-based motion control software. 

 

 

Using ACCUSCAN-R®, you will be able to

 

· easily jog all your axes and change jog speeds

· use relative or absolute coordinate systems

· move precise distances on all axes

· set up two axis scans including

o linear scans (any axis combination)

o helicoidal scans

o constant linear velocity scans

o standard turntable scans

o sector scans

o set up phased array scans with one mechanical axis and one electronic axis

o easily set up multi-axis contour scans using a simple “teach mode”

o pause during a scan to inspect an area of interest

o pause or abort the scan as soon as a flaw is detected

save scan setups to your hard drive or any attached drive
