American NDT offers a fully functional image analysis package tailored to the needs of ultrasonic imaging customers in the NDT field.  ACCUANALYSIS® features all of the capabilities that are typically required when analyzing ultrasonic NDT images including

 

· calculation of percent area based on user-selected thresholds and a user-defined regions of interest (ROI’s).

· correction for mechanical backlash in the scanning system

· interfacing with Olympus NDT data files

o reads .rdt, .opd, and .oud files

o automatically performs spatial calibration for these file types

o converts data from these files to .bmp, .png, .tif and .txt files

o provides numerous color palettes including Omniscan and TomoVIEW palettes

o reads and writes standard image file formats: .bmp, .png, .tif

o corrects for non-square pixels
